Christmas Delivery

We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas if you order after these dates.

United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

Delivery is FREE for all UK orders except for orders greater than 2kg in weight.

We use a selection of proven couriers depending on your location and weight of your order including Royal Mail, HDN, Business Post and UPS. During any dispute our contingency arrangements are activated to ensure we continue to meet our service levels.

99% of all orders received before 4:00pm are picked and dispatched on the same day and will usually be delivered to you within two working days anywhere in the UK (there may be delays to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands). Orders for large quantities, special requests or disability aids may take a little longer.

Bayer Pharmacy also offers guaranteed delivery on the next working day for a charge of £5.50. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Orders containing medicines require a signature on delivery. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to alternative addresses including your office, members of your family or your local post office, click here for more information. You need to ensure that someone approved by you is able to sign for the delivery. Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. Re-dispatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge.

Heavy Parcels

We charge a delivery fee of £2.95 for heavier parcels over 2kg. This will be automatically added at the checkout stage of the website

We are able to supply orders to most countries worldwide. Delivery charges will depend on the weight of your order and the destination and we will confirm the delivery charge at the checkout page, before you confirm payment of your order. All orders are sent by air recorded delivery and a signature will be needed upon receipt of your goods. Certain individual countries place restrictions on the types of products that may be posted into them we can not be held responsible if the goods are seized by customs.

Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK. Due to FDA regulations and US Customs we cannot guarantee supply of any medicines to the US or Canada. Please read our terms & conditions.
